BIOGRAPHY
Budding Paediatrician with keen interest in Paediatric Emergency and Infectious diseases, Dr. Nikith D'Souza was born and raised in Bangalore, India. After his initial schooling, he trained and graduated his MBBS and MD in Paediatrics and Secondary DNB from St. John's Medical College Hosptial, Bengaluru where he continued to win multiple laurels for the institution. He has completed NIH, USA accredited Health Research Methodology workshops during his UG and PG training and presented his work at national conferences. The winner of the prestigious Dr. Sylvan Rego Award for the Best outgoing Paediatric Postgraduate. Completed his certificate courses in Medical Law and Ethics from the Institute of Medicine and Law, Mumbai and The Ethics Research Committee course from the NIH Acredited SJRI, Bengaluru. Currently balancing clinical work in the field of paediatrics as Consultant Paediatrician at St. John's National Academy of Health Sciences, Bangalore along with being centre collaborator and PI in ICMR studies funded by the DBT, India in the field of Pulmonary Tuberculosis.
